I understand that seeing a counsellor or coach can feel daunting. This can be explored during our first session together. This session allows us to meet for the first time, talk about what has brought you to see me and ensure that you feel comfortable working together without any commitment to progress.

It is only at the point you decide to continue that we will agree session dates and times.

Initial Consultation Session - £40

Counselling Session - £55 (50 minute session)

Coaching Session - £150 (90 minute session)

Workplace Counselling - please get in touch to discuss your requirements

Sessions are bookable Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with limited evening appointments. All sessions are paid for in advance via bank transfer. We can meet in my office in Bedford or speak online.
