About me
After 10 years working as an HR and Change Management Consultant, I opted to take a career break to raise my children. With time to pause, reflect and consider, I began to look at my options for a future career based on the aspects of my previous job that I loved most and best echoed my personal values.
As my new occupation, I chose counselling and coaching, a decision I have never regretted.
I am now a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and an affiliated member of the International Society of Coaching Psychology. In addition to working privately as a counsellor and coach, I volunteer for two counselling organisations in Bedford.
I am a trained Mental Health First Aider with Mental Health First Aid England.
