After 10 years working as an HR and Change Management Consultant, I opted to take a career break. With time to pause, reflect and consider, I began to look at my options for a future career based on the aspects of my previous job that I loved most and best echoed my personal values.
As my new occupation, I chose counselling and coaching.
I am now a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and The British Psychological Society. I am a member of the coaching divisions within each of these societies. In addition to working privately as a counsellor and coach, I volunteer for a counselling organisation in Bedford.
I am a trained Mental Health First Aider with Mental Health First Aid England.
BA in Management and Psychology
Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling
Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling
MA in Personnel Management

Addressing Postnatal Depression as a Healthcare Professional

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am committed to working within and comply with the BACP Code of Ethics.
I have a DBS certificate.
I am fully insured and covered by both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
