About me

After 10 years working as an HR and Change Management Consultant, I opted to take a career break. With time to pause and reflect, I began to look at my options for a future career based on the aspects of my previous job that best echoed my personal values.

I am now a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the British Psychological Society. I am a member of the coaching divisions within each of these societies. In addition to working privately as a counsellor and coach, I am an approved therapist with the Barnardo’s LINK support service. As an affiliated counsellor with Barnardo’s, I am able to provide adoption counselling to clients.

I am a trained Mental Health First Aider with Mental Health First Aid England.
