What is Coaching?

Coaching will help you to prioritise what is important, set goals and move forward.

Do you know what you really want out of life? Do you need help working out what is important to you? Do you feel like you need to make a change but don’t know where to start? If so, I can help you.

I will support you in navigating the complexities of life and work to clarify your thinking. Together we can identify unhelpful thinking patterns and barriers to progress.

I am supportive, focused and results orientated. My goal is to help adults rebalance their lives so that they are spending time in areas which make them feel fulfilled.

When you call me we can discuss how we will work together. I offer a competitive fee rate and the number of sessions required will be agreed at the start of our coaching relationship.
